Non HOA Neighborhood

SW Granville is in the Port St Lucie neighborhood of Oak Hammock, which is not an Homeowners Association Community. Bring your toys and park them.

Oak Hammock is located on the 21-mile diversion canal (C-24). This canal offers fishing and an abundance of water activities for residents to enjoy, with a boat ramp at Oak Hammock Park.  At the end of Del Rio Boulevard is a Paint Ball Park, the Invincibles.

Popular pizza place Estellas is near the K-8 Oak Hammock School on the corner of California and Savona.

Oak Hammock provides easy access to Interstate 95 via Crosstown Parkway or Gatlin, and easy access to the Turnpike at Bayshore.

Oak Hammock is bordered by the C-24 Canal to the South, I-95 to the west, Crosstown Parkway on the North.  The eastern border is California from Crosstown to Savona.
